We do not allow refunds on any purchases. In the small chance that you do receive a refund it will be from a pre-order not meeting MOQ.
We do not allow cancelling orders as this charges us to do so. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you receive damaged items then please send your order number and a picture of the damaged items to email@example.com. You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the package.
