We do order from overseas and some preorders will be shipped to us by sea. There are many variables that could cause a delay. Please consider this BEFORE PLACING A PREORDER! 

We will not cancel, refund or offer credit for preorders

You must clearly communicate with your customers your expected TAT. We suggest you add 2 weeks to what we state our TAT is. 

Set realistic expectations and communicate with your customers. 

We will update any expected delays as we are made aware of them.
