Returns and Cancellations

We do not accept returns.

Please make sure you have the proper equipment that can provide the recommended settings for pressing screen print transfers.

We are not responsible for user error.

If your heat press is not capable of providing pressure of at least 60psi and accurate, even temperature, we cannot guarantee our screen print transfers for your projects.

Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have already shipped or orders that include pre-orders that have already closed.

Shipping We ship through USPS and tracking is sent to your email once your order is processed. Please make sure the email you provide is accessible to you. You can check your tracking through the USPS website. If you are concerned about the progress of your package, you can contact USPS for the most up to date information.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. We ship to the address you provide at checkout.

We carry the proper licensing from the designer of the files we sell as transfers.

If you use transfers from RAJE/RAJE’nB for items you make and sell, YOU (the purchaser) are responsible for checking all potential trademarks and/or copyrights associated with an image/design. By purchasing from RAJE/RAJE’nB you are agreeing that we are not responsible for any trademark or copyright infringements accrued on the purchasers end.
